At Everyspray, every fragrance we ship is 100% authentic and carefully inspected before dispatch. Because perfumes are personal care products, we can only accept returns under the conditions below.
Returns & Exchanges
- You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. For hygiene and authenticity reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.
- To start a return, contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will share the return instructions.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it will be treated under the returns process above.
